This living review document is a compilation of the relevant academic (peer-reviewed, published) and grey (e.g. reports, policy briefs) literature relevant to the study of administrative burdens in the context of residential home retrofitting.

The first tab of the review, below, shows a detailed analysis of the documents that were deemed particularly relevant.
The second tab contains a list of the literature that was deemed marginally relevant. This includes literature that was too relevant to leave out entirely, but did not warrant an in-depth analysis. Generally these articles mention or refer to administrative burdens or sludge in the context of retrofitting, but do not address them directly.
Finally, the third tab explains the inclusion and exclusion criteria that were used and how the final sample was determined.
